This is a beginner awareness course for drivers and new tire sales trainees. It teaches how to locate vehicle information, check inflation pressure and tread, recognize common warning signs, discuss replacement and repair at a basic level, and know when to refer a vehicle to a qualified tire professional. It does not teach mounting, demounting, bead seating, lifting, wheel installation, torque procedures, internal repair work, or vehicle diagnosis. Those jobs require proper equipment, current service information, hands-on training, and supervision. Vehicle and tire manufacturer instructions always take priority over general guidance in this course.
